In the UK there are loads of freebies you can get from all the big brands…
most of the sites now have forums and parenting areas but really I think it’s all about the vouchers, freebies and magazines!

Bounty Pack. The early stage ones are given to you by your midwife and when you are in Hospital. The others area available from Sainsbury, Asda or Boots. They aren’t great and by the time you filter your way down you will probably never use half of the stuff but it’s a great way to learn about all the brands on the market. There is Mum-to-be Essentials Pack – From 3+ months pregnant and Baby Essentials Pack – Baby is around 6 months old

Supermarkets are the best, I presume as they are competing for your general shopping business to boost their sales! Sainsbury Little Ones – You get a pack worth £9.99 it has essential baby care items in it. Boots is a great babyclub and are reguarly sent discounts and extra reward points for baby related purchases. Tesco baby club have loads of offers, you dont get anything when you sign up but you do get money off vouchers and multi buy offers. The magazine is pretty good.

Then there is the disposable nappy companies Huggies club you will get vouchers. Then there is pampers, again just vouchers no initial gift. to be honest I found better offers from the supermarkets to buy these brands. But worth signing up if you are using disposables.

The milk & baby food companies really compete for your business. SMA is the best club (although I personally prefer Aptamil products!) you get a free muslin cloth, baby know how books, how to videos and an interactive weaning planner. aptamil Babyclub You get a little polar bear freebie toy but also vouchers for future purchases. Cow & Gate give you vouchers and a free pregnancy diary. Like Cow & Gate Hipp give you a free pregnancy diary but also a baby calendar. Heinz baby club give you offers and vouchers.
